A Local Project that Required the Rigorous Quality Standards of the German Manufacturer - BMW.

Embarking on this project, Synergy Projects knew the 30,000 sq.ft. building and 20,000 sq.ft. parkade had to adhere to the high standards BMW sets for quality, materials and sustainability. BMW technicians are specially training and highly qualified, and the interior and exterior of the building needed to reflect these standards.

Built on land with a high water table, the site had drainage challenges in certain areas. The Synergy team identified the ideal systems to cope with these drainage issues, working closely with the engineering and design team. This dealership has become a landmark in west Edmonton. The owner has since engaged Synergy Projects and the design team for construction of an additional certified pre-owned vehicles building.
