Synergy Projects is proud to have partnered with L'OCA Quality Market to deliver this ambitious project—bringing a flagship market and dining experience to the Sherwood Park community. In our role as Construction Manager, our team provided comprehensive services to our client, working closely with them through every stage of development and construction, from initial concept to grand opening. Delivered on an accelerated timeline, we meticulously managed this complex renovation of what was an existing, 55,000 sq. ft. warehouse building into a vibrant, gourmet grocery market and dining destination.
This wasn’t just a warehouse renovation, but a complete transformation, resulting in a truly one-of-a-kind experience. Customers can now enjoy a diverse selection of high-quality local and international products and dine at two exceptional restaurants, Pyro and Oro, each offering a distinct culinary experience. And with an in-house butcher shop, bakery, patisserie, and deli, L’OCA offers fresh, handcrafted food at every turn, with a focus on local producers and food education.
This project is another great example of our team’s ability to deliver logistically complex projects with exceptional quality and efficiency. Our proactive and collaborative approach ensured a smooth process from start to finish, even on a compressed timeline with the inevitable challenges of a project of this nature and helped ensure that we were able to deliver on the client’s vision for the space—we’re very proud to have played a part in bringing this unique grocery and dining experience to life.
