A large Industrial Building Built to House Long-Term Tenants, and Meet the Demand of Edmonton's West-End.

This large industrial building had to attract large and long-term tenants, meet the demand in Edmonton’s west-end and provide the owner, Klingenburg Holdings, with a comfortable return on their investment.

Synergy Projects came on board on the project early during the feasibility study phase, and worked with the owner, the architect and the real estate brokers to craft a concept and a design that would meet the owner’s needs. With all players working in synergy, Synergy created concepts and designs that met the owner’s expectations. We improved the bottom line while avoiding risk and change orders.
