A Large Senior’s Active Living Building Built to House Tenants North of Edmonton.
Synergy Projects completed this 153,000 sq.ft. active living complex for seniors. It consisted of 105 units on a 10 acre parcel in St. Albert. It is a four-storey wood structure with a concrete parkade, swimming pool, fitness centre, library, kitchen and servery, salon and workshop.
