An Environmentally Sustainable Project Consisting of a Pre-Engineered Industrial Building and a Steel Office Building.

The Hinton Infrastructure Services project consisted of a pre-engineered industrial building and a steel office building. The building site was designed to redirect groundwater, minimize the impact on wildlife and maximize technology to build and sustain an environmentally responsible project.

This project began as a construction management agreement with significant value engineering and pre-construction processes required for the municipal owner. This project was delivered ahead of schedule and below the projected budget.
