Synergy Projects was selected as the Construction Manager to complete the MNP tenant improvements in Calgary, AB. This 4 floor, 42,800 sq.ft. modern office required excellent communication and collaboration between the owner, the consultant, the construction team and the major key contractors. Our team worked closely with DIRTT to accommodate the partition wall system. Our quality control program, safety program and Synergy’s team experience was instrumental to work in a busy, downtown office tower, where all deliveries and garbage removal had to take place after hours.
