A Large Senior’s Active Living Building Built to House Tenants South of Edmonton.

Synergy was the Construction Manager for this 56-unit multifamily project in Beaumont, AB. A total of 14 four-unit buildings were built over 3 phases. Synergy led the pre-construction and solicited bids from subtrades. Synergy developed the entire site, including road access, electrical, sewer, landscaping, and parking. The schedule was an important component of the project as the base building needed to be completed before winter, allowing interior work to proceed.

This project was built at the peak of the economic boom in Alberta and the units were selling fast, which required an aggressive schedule to keep up with demand. Our well-designed safety program allowed us to manage construction without any incidents and our team was able to control the traffic flow to minimize disturbance.
