Synergy Projects was selected as the Construction Manager to complete the MNP tenant improvement for the Winnipeg office after completing multiple tenant improvements for MNP in Alberta. This 3 storey, 75,738 sq.ft. modern office was completed in 3.5 months and is Synergy’s largest tenant improvement project to date. Our team worked closely with DIRTT to accommodate the partition wall system. Our quality control program, safety program and Synergy’s team experience was instrumental to work in a busy, downtown office tower, where all deliveries and garbage removal had to take place after hours.
