Full Renovation to Princeton Place, Located on the Busy 124th Street in Edmonton.

After the Synergy Projects team completed the redevelopment of Capilano Centre, Melcor Developments contracted Synergy to do the facade replacement project for Princeton Place. Located on busy 124th street in Edmonton, the building received a full renovation including a new retail façade and sidewalks. The scope of work included painting the facade of the office building and new canopies, new stones and glazing, lighting and signage for the retail level.
