An Extensive Renovation, Expansion and Modernization of the Town Office and Public Library for the Town of Morinville.

This building serves as the town office and public library for the historic Town of Morinville. Constructed in 1978 and renovated in 1992 to accommodate the town’s growth, the building was again past capacity in 2011. The structure required extensive renovations, a well-designed expansion, and a complete modernization.

Synergy Projects provided construction management services and assisted the client and design team during the programming and design phases. Synergy took a proactive approach to minimize overruns due to programming additions and scope changes. This major renovation included complete replacement of all mechanical and electrical systems and the entire building envelope. The project was a success and the client maintains a trusted relationship with Synergy.
