The Brewery District Development Constructed on the Historic Molson Brewery and Reclaimed Crosstown Motor Sites.

Selected as the Construction Manager for the Brewery District project, Synergy Projects worked with Capital Realty, Sun Life Financial, MHPM Project Managers and Dialog on this exciting development. This project was constructed on a single consolidated site consisting of the historic Molson Brewery and reclaimed Crosstown Motor sites located on 104 Avenue and 121 Street in Edmonton. The Brewery District was a highly anticipated project that is a welcome addition to the Oliver neighborhood and busy 104 Avenue. The Brewery District is currently targeting LEED® Silver certification.

This 13-acre site includes a 250,000 sq.ft. underground parkade, 340,000 sq.ft. of mixed-use retail/office buildings, one historical restoration, pedestrian walkways, parks, landscaping, and many municipal and infrastructure upgrade projects.
