Two-Storey Professional Office Building for MacLachan and Mitchell Homes.

Synergy Projects built this multi-tenant building in the community of Summerside. In addition to the base building construction, Synergy also worked with the Mac and Mitch team to complete their office space fit-out, as they are the signature tenant in this building. The building includes a second-floor patio and backs onto a stormwater management pond. Construction was completed on time in May 2017.
