As Construction Manager, Synergy Projects played a key role in bringing The Edward Block—a sophisticated, 13-storey luxury apartment building that enhances the Wîhkwêntôwin neighbourhood in downtown Edmonton—to life. This contemporary high-rise residential development incorporates the unique architectural heritage of the area into its design, and features 161 high-end rental suites, including studios, one- and two- bedroom options, and a premium penthouse.

Residents also enjoy thoughtfully designed amenities and two levels of secure underground parking, with The Edward Block boasting an exceptional range of amenities for an elevated living experience. These include a state-of-the-art fitness centre, a social lounge with a full kitchen, a business centre, and an outdoor pet space, along with The Summit—an entertainment and social room that combines a private oasis with breathtaking city views.
