The Goal of Melcor Developments was to Increase the Leasing Activity in this Building and Attract New Tenants by Changing the Look of the Building.

The scope of work included renovations and modifications to the exterior and interior of the existing building. Changes included complete replacement of the glazing, a new canopy, a new vertical feature, an upgrade of the retail signage and retail façade, and new sidewalks.

The Synergy special projects team facilitated the process for Melcor by providing a turn-key option and by selecting the right consultants for this type of project. Our team worked closely with Melcor’s leasing team to provide an attractive building for new tenants.
