A Two-Storey Professional Centre and Shoppers Drug Mart in Edmonton, Alberta.

On behalf of the private developer Delcon, Synergy Projects was contracted to build a two-storey professional centre. The centre is adjacent to a retail development where Synergy also constructed a Shoppers Drug Mart location. The Namao Centre building has a full curtain-wall and an internal elevator. This centre includes tenants such as Medical Imaging Consultants, Castledowns Dental and Urban Optics.

The project was safely completed in an operating retail environment on a busy thoroughfare. Synergy was praised by adjacent businesses for the ability to minimize the impact of construction on adjacent operations.
