A Commercial and Retail Building Located on Edmonton’s Calgary Trail is a Landmark on the City’s South Side.

This commercial and retail building is located on Edmonton’s Calgary Trail. The two-storey building has several medical tenants on the main floor, a Japanese restaurant, and a Second Cup. The second floor is home to BDC’s office and the Alberta Implant Centre. The full curtain wall of the building is a landmark on the city’s south side.

The combination of Synergy Project’s development and construction experience was a significant advantage for this project. From the conception stage, the Synergy team was involved and engaged, helping the client develop their pro forma, and design and build a structure that met the market’s needs.
