The Commerce South Building A is an 85,000 sq.ft. LEED® Gold office building with a single level underground parkade. Sun Life Financial developed the base building in collaboration with WorleyParsons as a key tenant for the entire space. The Synergy Projects team was responsible for the base building construction and tenant improvement work for WorleyParsons. The interior office space features Haworth walls, glass meeting rooms, high-end boardrooms, coffee stations on every floor and a corporate gym.
