High-end Golf Clubhouse with Underground Parking in Edmonton, Alberta.

This high-end golf clubhouse is unique with underground parking and top of the line millwork, masonry, and finishes. Amenities include a full commercial kitchen, shower and change areas, a lounge with fireplaces, a pro-shop, and a restaurant. The clubhouse is a multi-use, wood-frame public building with a full foundation and displays some of the attention to detail and quality finishes that Synergy is capable of delivering. This project includes spaces which the Belvedere Golf and CC would also incorporate such as a meeting/lounge area, washrooms, and a large parking area.
