Synergy Projects was asked to step in as Construction Manager after the developer took over control of the project. Our team value-engineered the design with our consultant team and municipal concerns were dealt with to launch and execute the project in a timely and efficient manner. Synergy demonstrated flexibility to work with the owner to maximize their return on investment.

The development was completed under budget and met the approved schedule. This project features a 37 unit four-storey wood-frame apartment building on a single level concrete parking structure, seven townhouses and the restoration of a heritage designated home into two duplex units.
